When do I get paid?
Monthly. Each commission is held for 30 days so refunds can clear, then paid once your balance passes $50.
What counts as a referral?
A visitor who clicks your link and buys a paid plan within 90 days. The last affiliate link clicked before the purchase gets the credit.

Yes. Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually pays after any discount.
What if the customer refunds or disputes the payment?
